Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a strategic planning consultant

Intent of this RFQ

First 5 Kern (F5Kern) is seeking quotations from consultants to develop a strategic plan to meet the short and long-term needs of our community. The selected consultant will provide support to F5Kern’s Commission, staff, and a broad array of community stakeholders. The consultant must facilitate a process that looks at priorities and strategic direction while also keeping the process stimulating and meaningful for all involved.
