Annual Reports
First 5 Kern publishes several documents each year designed to showcase the work that Proposition 10 dollars do in our communities. The Strategic Plan and Report to the Community are two reports that are printed in hard copy and distributed and available to be picked up in our office. An independent evaluator assesses the efficacy of our programs and the work they do each year, and those results are reported. A detailed financial audit is conducted each fiscal year as well. Periodically, special reports are published are also conducted and posted here, such as the Cost Benefit Analysis performed in 2018.
