IMPORTANT NOTICES:

* July 23, 2009 - In Attachment F, Budget Narrative, Section II, Services and Supplies, a formula error exists.  The Budget Narrative is pulling the Indirect total from the Budget Form to the Services and Supplies total line item on the Budget Narrative Form.  First 5 Kern is aware of this error.  Please disregard, as this error does not affect any other data in the attachments and will not affect the outcome of your proposal.  If you have already submitted your proposal, no further action is required. 

* Each proposal submitted MUST include one designated focus area (Health and Wellness, Early Childcare and Education, or Parent Education and Support Services) or it will be REJECTED.

* If you have not submitted a Letter of Intent, you may not submit a proposal.

*  CLARIFICATION: For the purposes of the RFP, you may estimate your indirect rate. Once you become a contractor, the indirect rate needs to be certified by an independent professional each year.
