Staff members of our funded programs have the responsibility to know and adhere to First 5 Kern's confidentiality protocol to protect the privacy of our clients' information while providing vital services.
Confidentiality training is required for staff members who might have access to confidential information. Trainings are held online through GoToMeeting on the 2nd Wednesday at 10:00am and the 4th Wednesday at 2:00pm. Links are sent to all programs by email each month and shown below. Just click on the link for the date you want and follow the prompts. GoToMeeting will then send a reminder email to you prior to the training.
