Facilitated by Corporation for Standards & Outcomes (CS&O)

First 5 Kern entered into an agreement with the Corporation for Standards & Outcomes for implementation of a long-term evaluation process and associated consulting services. Program evaluation allows service providers to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of their programs to the Commission. This, in turn, allows the Commission to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of its planning and implementation efforts to its stakeholders and the general public. Equally important, the evaluation process provides critical information to help continually improve the Proposition 10 implementation process in Kern County.
