Performance reporting is an important part of the evaluation process. The information tracking  helps Program and Finance staff accurately assess contractor needs and ensure complete and accurate performance measurements of programs funded by First 5 Kern. The process used by contractors has proven to be efficient, provide accountability and utilize OCERS.net to its fullest potential.

In our ongoing efforts to improve fiscal reporting and administrative processes, contractors receive periodic training on financial procedures.
